Some popular flavors:
Yeasted baguette - A crisp golden crust with a soft, flavorful crumb. This bread is yeasted but still gets fermented for 14-16 hours to maximize the flavor.
Sourdough baguette - This baguette dough is long-fermented for 24 hours to increase digestibility. It has a slightly chewier texture than its yeasted counterpart.
Available for both yeasted and sourdough baguettes, seeded baguettes are rolled in a mixture of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and fennel seeds that add beautiful flavor and texture to this French classic.
Sourdough challah - Long-fermented for 24 hours, which increases its digestibility. It has a soft crumb with a lightly honey sweet, buttery flavor and a shiny golden brown braided crust.
Traditionally yeasted challah - Super-soft, airy crumb and that special sweetness that comes from leavening the dough with dried yeast, with the same shiny golden brown braided crust as my sourdough challah.
